  • Logician (outpatient charts)
  • Synapse (diagnostic imaging; available on the clinical workstation)
  • LYNX (electronic ED charts; available on the clinical workstation, with the link 'ED Charts')
  • Sunrise Clinical Manager (orders, labs, and documents [including discharge summaries, op reports, path reports, and diagnostic imaging dictations])
  • To set-up an MD Link account and find out information on downloading the necessary software, contact Bethany Terry <bterry@healthvision.com>
  - MD Link provides a portal to the Yale-New Haven Hospital computer services in order to access all of the above, and access to the clinical workstation available on hospital computers
  • To set-up the Yale Medical Library Virtual Private Network (VPN) on your home computer, go to the following link: http://ysl2.its.yale.edu/yalesoftwarelibrary/start.aspx Log in using your Yale net ID (same for Yale e-mail), click on the appropriate operating system (e.g., 'Windows'), and then find the link for 'VPN - Cisco Client'. Install the program, and log in before using any Medical Library sources.
 

- The VPN is a portal to the Yale Medical Library, where you can remotely access online journals, online full-text of books, MD Consult, UpToDate, and other Library resource

- A Yale Net ID is required
